Dear all
I have a question about the exact meaning of expected and actual maturity date in letter of credit form of AX2012, if they refer to dates regarding receiving and acceptance of documents by bank or they refer to maturity date which is set in acceptance message to pay the amount?
Hello Hero Dabaghi,
Have you seen the following docs site?
docs.microsoft.com/.../letter-of-credit-import-collection-form
Expected maturity date:
...date by which the shipment documentation is expected to be delivered
Actual maturity date:
...date when the shipment document status changes to Received. This date must be the exact maturity date as received from the bank
Best regards,
Ludwig
I have a question regarding letter of credit>General > Date of Receipt field on AX2012. all I need is more clarification about these field and itsexact equivalent fields in LC documents please.
Dear Dr. Ludwig thanks for response, I read that but still has some ambiguity for me, in expected maturity date explanation , expected date of delivery is stated, but it means delivery of documents to bank? and exact maturity date as received from bank means maturity date was mentioned in acceptance msg or something else, I know my concerns are more about the process but I need to find exact equivalent field in LC documents and relevant form in AX.
