How to add a multiple Choice option to Marketing Forms

My company is holding an event with multiple demonstrations. We want to create a form for registering that gives the option to choose which demos (one or more) people are interested in attending. I have tried to find information on how to do this but nothing I've found is very helpful. Can anyone explain the process or point me to the documentation?

There are two directions here:

1.Set custom registration fields

(Hold down the Ctrl button to make multiple selections)

2.Use event registration form

Customize multi-select fields in Form.
