How to add ribbon button on click of three dot of communication panel Omnichannel.

Hi Team,
I want to add ribbon button on the communication Panel (inside three dot) but I do not know the entity name.
Also let me know to add the button.
 
Kindly let me know the entity name or solution. So i can use it inside the ribbon workbench for adding button.
