Enable subscription via event registration

For the users who unsubscribe the dynamics marketing email was unable to received email from the customer journey. Is there any way to enable the email subscription when user register event?

    Hi Alicia,

    You can create a Flow to achieve that.

    If a registration record is created, add the contact of the registration into a Subscription list.

    (+) Add/Remove Marketing List Members using Microsoft Flow - Microsoft Dynamics CRM Forum Community Forum
