Just wanted to share this flow with everyone after several hours of trial and error with Microsoft Flow. How to use microsoft flow to add and remove members to a static marketing list.
To add a record to the marketing list, use the Common Data Service (Current Environment) connector and select "Perform a bound action".
In the details of your bound action: There might be a long delay for the flow connector to retrieve a list of the actions. Be patient!

Thanks Antheny for the kindly sharing.
Antheny - I'm very inexperienced working with Flow. I'm trying your advice, but don't see Perform a bound action with the Common Data Service. The only actions I have available are Create a new record, Get a record, List records, Update a record, and Delete a record. Am I missing something? Any Help would be greatly appreciated.
Bond/Unbound actions only works on current environment, so if you are developing a flow for a different environment connection you need to use a different approach using a JSON and the HTTP with Azure AD connector.
