best practice to share the Field Service scheduler in read only mode

Hi ,

we work with a central Planner for our technical crew. However the Project Leaders or Order Intakers are the contact with our partners and / or customers . I would like to provide them  with insight in the planned activities.

I was wondering if some one could tell me what's the best way to do this. Does there exist eg. a scheduler viewer or shall we simply revoke some rights on the booking itself ?

So , searching for the best practice ;-)

Grz Michel
