Hi All,

We are creating our addon solution in navision and we want to assign our objects(Given to us by Microsoft) in Customer License. we have the following queries for same.

1. Is there any form which needs to be fill and submit to Microsoft for new customer. ?

2. What are steps to get customer license and assign our object ranges in that.?

3. if Customer purchase 5 user license of Navision then we want to protect our addon solution, means only 5 users can access our addon solution at a time, if user exceed it then it should not allow to access our solution to 6th user. we want to achive this functionality.

Kindly help us in this regards.

In PartnerSource you can manage your customer licenses and from here you can assign your addon ranges (modules) to the license. You can easily do that in the portal.

Regarding last point, NAV licenses are for concurrent users. If customer has 5 licenses, the 6 that try to access the system is rejected. This is the default behavior and your addon does the same as standard.

You need to add ISV in customer license, if you have the addon certified by MS.

Thanks for you reply Stefano on our query this are really very helpful for us.

We have already registered our solution with Microsoft and it's gets visible on Microsoft Partner-source

I have some more doubts to register customer:-

Do we need to share customer information on partner source to get customer license.?

Or we need to fill and send any standard form to Microsoft to get customer license. ?

We want to know in brief about it.
