We are trying to create a segment that brings together multiple segments within the marketing module using existing segments built within CI and Marketing.
Example:
2 segments have been built within Customer Insights.
4 segments have been built within Marketing (Outbound), one of these is an exclusion segment.
We are bringing these 6 segments together to build one segment.
- We have attempted to use the segment block within outbound marketing segments, but the CI segments are not available.
- We have attempted to use RT Marketing to build this segment but the “SegmentMembership” is five hops away from the target audience.
Does anyone know another way to bring together these segments into one segment?
