Error 2337 while installing Retail HQ component

We are getting bellow error while installing Retail HQ component.

Error:

The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2337.

Installer package that we used to install the component is fine but not able to figure out what exactly causing the issue.

We have tried restarting the server, mounting the ISO file to the server but no luck.

I figured out bellow error from RetailHQsetup log file.

MSI (s) (A4:28) [12:15:30:826]: Product: Microsoft Dynamics AX for Retail Headquarters (64 bit) -- The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2337. The arguments are: 0, Microsoft.Dynamics.Retail.StoreConnect.Request.AXHandler.AX5POSBackCompatibility.dll,

Please help us to resolve this issue.

    Hi Vinod

    It seem that this is setup file error,suggest you try with another setup hope will fix problem.

    It indeed setup problem, so we have downloaded the new setup file and we were able to install the component successfully.
