Chat Bot

Hello Everyone,

I need to know how chat bot works with dynamics 365. 

I configured my cafex with dynamics 365 portal. 

I want to configure chatbot with my cafex for frequently asked question in my dynamics 365 portal.

I tried this link https://neilparkhurst.com/2017/11/04/live-assist-and-my-first-bot/ but i could make it.

Kindly help me out to configure with chatbot.

    Hi arun

    Chat Bot mention in that site was in preview version. Now azure we have three bot service. So i cant  match with that site. But i completed the chat bot configuration with cafex and dynamics 365 portal.

    After you create KnowledgeBase you can  import existing frequently asked question base that you previouslly exported from portal.

    Hi tomo,

    I completed my requirement. But i did the same way how they explained in the given link.

    1.But how the transfer is happening. If customer type "transfer to human" only the chat is transferred to agent. But in the given link if customer type "Pathetic" then it has to transferred to agent but its not happening.

    2.Then when customer logged into portal in cafex i couldn't see the customer name in the cafex chat window. Once the chat is completed customer is not automatically set in chat activity. we have to set the customer manually in chat activity.
