Hi all,
Please help me hide Knowledge Base section from the unauthorized users on Portal.
It is also applicable to hide not all section, but separate articles. I have tried to do it, but I haven`t found "Content Access Level" grid (take a look on the screenshot1).
Portal is already used as external Portal. (take a look on the screenshot2)
I hope you will help me. Thank you.

Hi Slava,
For Point 1:
If you had performed all the steps as I mentioned, it should have worked. if not. Login on Portal with Administrator Web Role and Clear the Cache by hitting the below URL in new tab.
https://<portalname>.microsoftcrmportals.com/_services/about
and Click on Clear Cache.
For Point 2: In order to hide Knowledge Base Information from Home Page.
Remove the below highlighted content from Home Web Template.
Find (CTRL + F) - content-home and remove the highlighted content.

Thank you for your answer Arpit,
I want to hide all info about articles from not authorized users.
To hide 1) I have performed actions that you had described. But unfortunately it hasn`t disappeared. And I still can go to https://[ourportal].com/knowledgebase/
To hide 2) I don`t know what to do. I tried to do it in Knowledge Article record in the CRM.
Cheers
Slava
Hi Slava,
If you want to hide specific articles, assign content access level to article.
The default form in customer service hub doesn't contain the subgrid to access levels.
You can go to solution and change the form order from 'knowledge base' form to' portal interactive form' -that will show you the subgrid in customer service hub and you can associate your access level.
Hope it helps.
Regards,
Shaminder
Hi Slava,
Do you want to hide the Knowledge Base link (appear on the Portal) for anonymous user?
Then you can manage it using Web page Access Control Rule.
Create a new Web page Access Control Rule
Associate it with Knowledge Base - Home webpage
