We are use Microsoft Dynamics 2016 with the added third party software Mekorma for printing checks. Our user from time to time will get a error message when they try to print a check that said "You can not use this feature until Mekorma is registered." even though the product is registered. I have had the user log off and back in again and then it works, any ideas what causes this message to popup?
