Updating the description field on a closed appointment

A staff member closed its appointment and realized they made a mistake in the description field. Is there a way to edit the description field on a closed appointment? TIA.

    Try below highlighted option:
     
    For this Add Appointment entity to sitemap then click the Open in Excel Online option.

    Note -- Only include the description and perform the above action.

    Hi Partner,
    As Adrian suggest, you need reopen closed appointments if you want to edit description field.
    You can use js code to implement it, but you can also try using a workflow to do it more easily.
    1)Check 'As an on-demand process'
    2)Add step--Change Status.
    --Select options other than 'completed' and 'cancelled'.
    Save and Active it.
    Test:
    Expand Flow and run this workflow
    Refreshing current page:
     
    If it's just a single appointment record that needs to be changed, you might consider updating the values directly using the workflow
