Problem when install Enterprise portal in virtual PC it don't work ?

when i deploy Enterprise portal in Virtual PC and when i open dynamics AX2009 the roll center don't appear and give me yellow page with message "conact your administrator system" or click to open the site the page don't appear it give me page not found

but when i deploy it in server machine (not machine virtual) and configure client machine (not machine virtual) it work correctelly why ?

someone help me?
