Hi there,

The chat widget is not loading on Google Chrome Incognito Mode as it's a "third party cookies".

Third-party cookies must be allowed to access Live Chat            LiveChatWidgetScripts.min.js
t.checkStorageAvailability	@	LiveChatWidgetScripts.min.js:2

How to prevent Google Chrome Incognito Mode stop loading the chat widget?

Hi Fernando,

There is a setting in "Privacy and security" tab of the Chrome browser.

You can search for "Cookies" in the search bar.

Click the "Cookies and other site data" option.

Then select “Allow all cookies”.

Then restart the browser and the chat widget will no longer be stopped loading.
