Hi Team ,

When the “Price traps” parameter is enabled, a warning will be displayed in the “All sales orders” form and “Sales order line pricing” form, if the value in the “Unit price” field is more than the value in the “Default price” field by the percentage defined in this field. The following warning will be displayed:

“The unit price exceeds the preset high price tolerance.”

 Kindly help me on the above query.

    I think the "Price traps" is part of a customization. Can you check with your partner or developer?

    Yes, it is related to the customization.. but the issue still exist not yet resolved .
