At present we are using Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 SP1.
Please let us know whether our database & licence would support Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2012 or 2013.

First, NAV2012 does not exist; there are a versions of NAV2013 and NAV2013R2.
With your NAV2009 license, you cannot use NAV2013 or NAV2013R2.
You can ask your partner to convert your license to these new versions NAV2013 or NAV2013R2.
When you make this conversion, you can still use NAV2009 license in next 6 months.
This conversion is possible only if you have valid BREP in this moment.
In additional, you have to make upgrade your NAV2009SP1 database to NAV2013/NAV013R2.
