Is there a way/workaround to define item wise purchase tolerance limits in Dynamics NAV?

Unfortunately, you can't limit quantities in standard version, and this would require customization. Or, you need to play with amounts and approvals to establish some rules.

Hi Lakshan,

It is not available in standard NAV 2016 version. However we have customized the same at many places, as it is very common requirement across various industries.
