We want all of our incoming emails to a specific email address to automatically create a case. I found the automatic record creation option but it forced you to add a queue.
So it seems you have to manually add an email to the specificed queue for this automatic record creation rule to be in effect.
Is there a way to have emails automatically go to a queue? If not.... is there another way we can make sure a case is created with every incoming email to to a specific email address?
Thanks. It looks like emails that are sent from the same email address as the incoming email will not create cases. Is there a way around this?

Hi,
You could create Queue record with your email address and Enable mailbox configuration for this queue. This way when any email sent to this email addredd it will automatically added to queue.
