ax workflow multiple reassign

hi

I am trying to reassign workflow to another user from Home --> Inquiries ->

I have filtered the items which are pending. there are around 300 items. I am aware that I can click on each item and reassign the new user with pending status.

I want to know if I can select all the items and reassign them at once without a click on each of them.

any suggestions on how to achieve it?

Thanks in advance.

    Hello sayyed ar,

I think that your only chance is reassigning the tasks manually this time especially if this is urgent.

To avoid similar problems in the future consider (a) including escalation paths in your workflow that re-route the workflow if for example no feedback has been provided after a couple of hours and (b) making use of the workflow delegation function in the user options before the user goes on vacation. The workflow tasks are then automatically re-routed to the deputy specified.

    dear dr ludwig

Thanks for the quick response. May almighty increase your knowledge.

My chief accountant is on leave and has pending transactions that need his approval to go to the next level i.e. finance manager approval then it will be open for posting. i want to reassign it to another user so that he can complete it.

    regards

    Hello sayyed ar,

To my knowledge you cannot mass reassign currently running workflows.

Why is it that you want to do that?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig
