I have a question about the Lickert questions. How can I query these correctly in Power BI. Does anyone have an approach how these can be displayed correctly?

CustomerVoice engineer went for quite a peculiar solution as for Likert ( as for other type of questions), as choices and answers do not have identifiers
We managed at our company to put in place a reporting solution, but as soon as you go for non trivial requirements the complexity of the task becomes terrible
When it comes to Lickert you have two issues : questions AND Choices/Answer
What is your problem? May you please elaborate?
