The Sales Header does not exist - NAV 2009

Someone has created a Sales Order incorrectly and now we are getting this error everywhere we try and access this sales order.

SPOerror2.jpg

This order does not show up anywhere in our Retail Sales Order List or anywhere else that our sales orders are listed.

This also is affecting our Sourcing Worksheet Task list where we can no longer scroll to the bottom of the list without getting this error and the entire list disappearing.

It looks like somebody manually deleted the sales header record from the table or from the SQL.

One solution would be create an order manually with that number if your number series is set to manual and after creating go to the sales order page and delete the order from there to avoid this kind of inconsistency.

I set to allow manual numbers but when I create a new order with the number I get the error: "You cannot rename a sales header".

When you click new you need to type in the order number, don't try to rename it after assigning. It is standard error you cannot rename the order number.

Is No. the first field on your page ?
