How to add a hidden field to VBA

I would like to add this hidden field named "Distribution Sequence Number"(In properties, i save set the visible to true) .

I was trying to  "Add fields to visual basic".

because i want it to appear in Visual Basic as an object so i can use it when i codi.

    I normally just change it to visual and place it on the window, then I can mark it to be included in VBA. Once I've included it, I mark it back to invisible and move it off of the window.

    Kindly explain further on how you change it to visual?
    I am going to explain the steps and scenario one more time...
    IN PM_Transaction_Entry_Distribution, there is a distribution scroll (See picture below, i have rectangled in red).

    after double clicking it this will appear (See picture below, i have rectangled in red).

    Distribution Sequence is a global field and a hidden field.  (See picture below, i have rectangled in red).

    I have  checked  "show field names" and  "show invisible fields" (See picture below, i have rectangled in red).

    So how will i able to add it as an object in visual basic???

    I was able to include. it is very tricky. Just have to place it somewhere I know I wil lbe able to click it. then Poof!! it getis included in VBA :)
