PR workflow stopped error: Participant token does not resolve to any user

Hi,

I have the below error message:

Stopped (error): X++ Exception: Participant token 'Req exp reviewers' does not resolve to any user
at SysWorkflowParticipantProvider-resolve
SysWorkflowParticipantProvider-resolveParticipants
SysWorkflowServiceProvider-resolveParticipant
SysWorkflowQueue-resume


In "Procurement and sourcing --> Setup --> Policies --> Purchase requisition expenditure reviewers" I have selected Financial dimensions "Cost center" checkboxes for the entity where I create the PR and I have this dimension on my worker.

What should I check?

    Check the workflow setup who will get the assignments. What is the assignment condition?

    Try assigning the dimension owner (under GL > Dimensions > Dimension values > Owner).

    Try assigning the dimension owner (under GL > Dimensions > Dimension values > Owner).

    If already owner is assigned, please make sure User and Employee/Worker relation exists

    user got connections with worker, worker with dimensions etc. any idea?
