How use Email template from print managment to send email to the customer?

I have Added this in email templates, added a sample email template for testing (to check if I am receiving this email template or not), here sender email is my email address

Email is also sent using print management in Preview/print

But not getting email template in email is received

    Hi,

    As per my experience , currently we do not have option for attaching email template on print management. This would require a customization.

    There's no way to use an email template in the print management for the reports developed in SSRS. However, if our reports are made in Electronic Reporting (ER), you can configure the email body in the Electronic Reporting destination. Before assigning them in the print management.

    Email templates are used in Workflow for triggering notifications.
