    Check if other users have similar issue on the same environment. Check user rights on running the Excel itself. Tryset setting the ServicePrincipleNameRequired key to "True" in the ClientUserSettings.config file.

    which excel version do you use ?

    does it work on a local client pc and on the server where nav service is installed ?

    do you get also that error when exporting g/l budget to excel, on terminal server and on local pc ?

    Yes it is licensed.   When user runs a report in happens.

    Hi,

    If Microsoft Office (Excel) licensed Version is installed on the RDP Server.
