A user cannot use the add in excel plugin in the candidates entity. I thought at first that it could be a role or privilege issue, but in the rest of the entities it uses the plugin correctly, it is only in the candidates entity. Someone help me?

Are you using below path to export candidates in the excel?
With above path, I can export candidates data.
I also tried with excel workbook designer but no issue.
What role assigned to your account ?
yes, that is the path used. The user has the role of recruiter and HR assistant. In all the entities the user accesses the excel complement except in the candidates entity, it only allows him to open in excel.
I think you also need an access as HR Manager for candidates.
If you go to candidates form > Options >
Click on Security diagnostics then you can see what roles you need.
