Can you give us a more detailed definition of "anything"? If it stops responding when you try to create a new record, I assume you were able to open the form successfully, right?

Will it start responding after some time or not?

yes form open successfully when i am trying create item then it goes in not responding mode,

Will it start responding after some time or not?

yes after some time it get stuck in not responding.

i have tried restart service and synchronize table but same problem.

All right, so it seems that "doing anything" doesn't cover opening form. So what does it cover? Creating any record? Or is related to some table only? What about updates, for example?

In either case, you should measure what takes the time. Use tracing / TraceParser for it.

    Is this a dev/test/production environment?

Is your company doing everything in order to keep AX healthy? Take a look at my summary article linking the relevant Microsoft field engineers' posts on what to check in order to have consistent performance in your system.

    www.daxrunbase.com/.../ax-database-tuning-and-maintenance

Please go through the list with your AX system administrator, SQL database administrator and AX developers. Once the general settings are OK and you are still experiencing performance issues, you should collect an AX/SQL trace to see why it is still slow.

Good to hear, can you explain what was the solution, so other forum members could learn from your findings?
