WMS warehouse backflushing of materials

Hi,

We are creating wms warehouse for packaging materials. There’s some issues we don’t know an answer to.

Every label have a specific location and picking will be from location.

Here I have created a filling order for labels from locations

Work for labels from locations 13A and 1B. (1 roll = 1000 pcs)

Now I complete these works and start to fill

I will fill less than picked qty e.g. 210 pcs then I assume rest of picked pack will be backflushed to inbound location which is specified as “MCFILL”

Now filling order is “reported as finished”

Let’s see what happened to leftovers from picked rolls

My question is there any way to adjust backflushing to items original fixed location??

    Hello Sami,

    There is no way to automate this.  The system leaves the labels in the input location ready for the next production order.
