I noticed that the trial link is currently not available on the Dynamics 365 product page from Microsoft. I don't know the reason.
Are you an active customer or partner? In that case, you can get access to a customer or partner trial where you can deploy an environment in your own Azure tenant.
If you are a prospect, you can engage with a partner to learn more about Dynamics 365 F&O.
