Purchase requisition edit by approver

Hi, 

I am using AX 2012 - with regards to purchase requisition workflows, a requirement is for the approver to be able to edit the vendor on the purchase requisition lines prior to approving. However, it seems that the approver cannot edit the purchase requisition lines and must therefore turn to the "request a change" option which routes the purchase requisition line back to the submitter to edit.

Is there any configuration related to allowing the approver to edit the purchase requisition lines directly please?

    Out of box this seems not  doable. I am afraid you have to go though customization.

    few workflows provide such functionality out of box such as PO.

    Dear Alexia,

    You cannot edit PR while PR status is in review. Logically PR is just a request and AX freezes all the fields while in-review. PR is only editable when PR status is draft. So you have only option is customization as suggested. Or use basic functionality workflow action "request change" or "reject". You can setup workflow notification message with "%Workflow.last note%" .
