I am looking to see if anyone knows of a standard AX report for Slow Moving Inventory...all of my research leads to an answer of 'No', but I want to be sure. Thanks!

Usually this kind of report is used to determine if items needs to be discontinued because they do not sell a lot.
You can have a look at the Inventory Aging report. This will tell you the aging of several items.
Also have a look at the ABC classification report. This will enable you to look at products which gives you the highest and lowest revenue, margin etc. You can set some own parameters to identify when a product will be classified as 'C'.

This is the sort of analysis that BI4Dynamics does very well (ditto for Ap and Ar aging it gives much better insight than standard Ax reports)
