How can I see who assigned me a case? I can't see any audit trail to show the history of anything on a case.

Hi David,

Make sure you have audit history enabled for the case entity. Also, If It was not enabled previously, you cannot find who assigned you that particular case.

Thanks Naveen Ganeshe . I'm not sure how to do that... also, that implies it can't be set 'globally' but only on 'per case' basis.

Thanks. I don't have that access so I'll pass this on to our administrator to set this up. Very surprised that it's not on by default. Every similar system I've ever used does this out of the box. Many thanks.
