Use PING Identity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement

Hi All

I have general query on PING Identity and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Online

If PING identity is configured for Office 365 in general , Do we need to configure things separately for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Online. I believe once the Office 365 configuration with PING Identity is made , this identity will be applicable for all office applications like Dynamics 365 , Outlook etc.

Appreciate your thoughts on the above.

Hi partner,

In my opinion, you can log in to Office 365 through PING identity, then you can also log in to D365 through it.

But I haven't really tried it, so I would recommend you post this theme in the Office 365 community to get help from Office 365 experts.
