Missing Dimensions Tab in Assets page

Hi all,

I'm setting up a Field Service instance for a client, and appear to be missing the Dimensions tab when trying to set dimension values on an asset. I've followed the docs located here, but the asset page shown as an example has both the Assets & Locations and Properties tabs, where ours does not.

About:

2023 release wave 1 enabled
App name: Field Service
Server version: 9.2.23032.00180
Client version: 1.4.5500-2303.2

Referring to this post says that the issue was to be resolved in a future update, and according to release notes, it was resolved in Wave 1 2022.

Any advice is appreciated.
Thanks!

    Hi Tom,

When we update to 2023 release wave 1 enabled, Customer Asset' s main form will change from “Customer Asset- Mobile” to “Customer Asset”.

It is not work when we enable the fallback forms on both Customer Asset and Customer Asset - Mobile in 2023 release wave 1.

It is work when we enable the fallback forms on both Customer Asset and Customer Asset - Mobile in 2022 release wave 2.

Because of this issue is due to environment's upgrade, I suggest you create a support ticket for professional assistance following the below procedure.

    Hi Sayen,

I've followed the instructions above but It's still not appearing after enabling the fallback forms on both Customer Asset and Customer Asset - Mobile, and then publishing.

    Thanks,
    Tom

    Hi Tom,

Here are the steps to recover tabs in asset page:

    1. Check these two main forms in “Customer Asset” table.
