Hi i want to  know if is already exists a mobil application for the CRM Online. How much it cost? how can i get it? is it able for just one user or i need to pay the application for all my users? Thank´s

    Out of the box there is mobile functionality which will automatically gets invoked when browsing with a mobile device.

    The functionality is pretty basic but it is free.

    There are other third party (paid) solutions available as well:

    Microsoft Dynamics CRM Mobile is available at a starting price of $30 (U.S.) per user, per month and supports the use of up to three devices per user.

    Thank you Muhammad! Sorry for insist, but... is this an APPLICATION?? sorry for mentioning it but I've seen in SAP that has its icon and just give click and you step inside SAP and just input your username and password. Is there something similar for CRM Online? Has Dynamics an app for mobile devices? or is what you mention me? Thank´s for your help and orientation. =)

    Its an app. You can download the free app and sync it with your Microsoft Dynamics CRM. You do not need to install any middleware, server components or servers. You can download it from this link too:

    Resco Mobile CRM doesn´t require any server component to be installed on the CRM server, which significantly simplifies the solution installation and setup. Instead of that, Microsoft Dynamics CRM Web Services are used, which allow straightforward and secure integration of the mobile app with the CRM server. Customers only download the mobile app and sync it with their Microsoft Dynamics CRM. All customizations performed with Resco configurator are downloaded during the synchronization and applied automatically to the mobile app, which updates its UI and behavior immediately.
