SQL error pop up when reply/forward email in CRM

there is a SQL error pop to prevent me from replying or forwarding email in CRM. But i can reply other email normally. It is not a permission error either. Please help!

Hi Yang,

so you mean that the issue is with just one email in the system?

It can be due the fact that email has some special unsupported characters.

also Press F12 to open the developer tools in your browser. After it opens, navigate to your eMail and click on the reply button. Than have a look to the developer tools... is there an error message displayed?

after download the details, it says "Generic SQL error".
