Please how can I preview profit and Loss in AX 2012 and how to create /customized Profit and Loss on Management reporter

Hi dapdomma,

Dynamics AX does not ship with an out-of-the box profit and loss statement. What you can check in AX is the trial balance form in GL that gives you an overview on all accounts. If you know which accounts are your P&L accounts you can get a quick overview by exporting the trial balance to Excel. Details on how to setup a profit and loss statement in Management Reporter can be found on this site: blogs.msdn.com/.../dynamics_financial_reporting

Please also have a look at the default Management Reporter reports as they provide you some goods hints on how to setup a profit and loss statement.
