Grid view is not showing data

I am using dynamic CRM 2016.

I have created a view which is showing data into query result but not showing data into Grid view. 

How i can figure out the root cause why data is not showing into Grid view.?

    Hi Mohammad,

    Are you using a sub-grid on a form? In that case, please check the sub-grid properties. In Display > Data Source > Default View you can find out which view to review.

    I am using View, not in any form. I have a form and the form has a customer view.

    Hi Mohammad,

    Thanks for the screenshot and the additional information. What happens when you toggle back to the read only grid? (Show as > Read only grid)?

    Could you give me the settings of the Editable Grid Control?

    If I go to another view I can see the record. I also attached editable grid control settings.

    Hi Mohammad,

    When you implement an editable grid on an entity like account, can you reproduce the problem? If it works fine there, it has got to do with the specific entity 'Kontaktprotokolle'.

    Hi Thijs van der Klei,

    I have created another new view. If I keep Kontaktprotokolle all field data is showing in to view.

    But if I keep the relational field of Account data is not showing in to view.

    I am getting data on the query but not in view. Problem on view rendering for the relational field.

    Hi Mohammed,

    Do I get you right that you are pinpointing the problem to view rendering? In this context that was a problem for Dynamics version prior to 2016. You use the 2016 version, right?

    What settings do you have in this form?

    What is your default view? Do you have any problems with the data display when you access this view directly?
