Hi,
We mistakenly used a Transit warehouse in "To warehouse" field in Transfer Order and then shipped and received it. Now, we want to revert it and trying to make transfer order using same Transit warehouse in "From warehouse" field, but system is raising error "Field Transit warehouse must be filled in". This filed is disabled. How can we resolve this issue

Have you tried a transfer order?
if that doesn't work, maybe you can adjust out the stock in the transit warehouse and back in to the sending warehouse.

Hi Arshad,
Logically system should not allow you to select "Transit" warehouse in "To Warehouse" field because it is configured as Transit type. Please check your setup first.
Use Transfer journal functionality and select Transit warehouse in "From warehouse" field and select your Originating warehouse in "To warehouse" field. Once transfer journal is posted, it will transfer back the inventory to the same warehouse then create a new Transfer Order.

Rather than trying to get this fixed via a new transfer order can't you simply make use of an inventory adjustment or inventory movement journal to move the items back?
That should be faster and easier than trying to do the reversal via the transfer order form.

This seems workable, but we have to reverse items from Transit warehouse also. I have given both options (Transfer Journal and Inventory adjustment/movement journal) to users and waiting for their response
