Portal app not loading after creating new portal with already existing record

Hello team,

We recently migrated from one environment to other but after copying the data the portal apps werent there but portal management app was there. We decided to create new portal app and use already existing record from portal management app. After creating the portal when i am trying to open it, it is showing error as below.

So i have two questions as i am unsure about this:

1) does portal app not come when we copy the environment to other environment?

2) If so, why after using the already existing record it is showing error?

(there are two portals in our environment, one was created successfully and other is showing issues)

Do i need to add something else? Please let me know if i missed something
