Restarting issue on ax2012 service

To whom it may concern,

Hello, I am from Korea and using ax2012.
I am having some issue about it, and that's what I'd like to ask here.

About 30 minutes ago, ax service suddenly restarted without any issue and problems. I checked the server log to get to know any clue about restarting, but there was none.

Would you let me know any log or way to figure out this 'restarting issue on ax 2012'?

Many times a crash can be attributed to a process that is occurring within AX,Microsoft built this functionality in LCS.Microsoft indicated that it looks for the following information during this analysis:

1. Crash signature

2. AX kernel information

3. List of known issues

4. List of active sessions

5. X++ & native call stacks for all threads

Did you take a look at the event viewer. You might able to get some information/warning/error regarding the sudden restart.

Try event logs on the machine where AOS is installed (Windows Logs > System for general information about service and AX-specific logs under Applications).
