Disabling interactive dashboards in Dynamics Customer Engagement / CRM

Hello everyone,

There are some OOB managed interactive dashboard that are enabled out of the box. I would like to hide them across all my environments. I disabled the interactive dashboards the same way I would disable normal dashboards (through security roles as shown here.).

To my surprise, the interactive dashboards remained available in my other environments even though I have added them to my solution and made sure to publish the changes upon importing the solution. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Is the process of disabling interactive dashboard the same as disabling regular dashboards (through security roles)? Are the security roles associated with an interactive dashboard captured in a solution (I see they are indeed captured when I open the .xaml files)? If not, how do you disable interactive dashboards through a solution and have that reflected across all your environments without manually disabling them environment by environment?

    Hi there, please check the possibility of uncheck the unwanted dashboards in the app in app designer, save and publish.

    Have to tried to remove dashboard security roles for all users ?
