How to Display CC's in Email Table

Hello,

My CIO wants a table in Dynamics that shows all emails from our clients. I am going to need to sort out the nonsense emails, like internal -> internal, spam emails, etc.

I just want to show CC's in the CC column.

Research suggests I need to use Activity Party entity, but I do not see that table anywhere in Power Apps at this time.

I know there are cc's on the individual email records.

Yet, the CC field is blank all the way across the column. Thank you!

Hi Ryan N,

Do you mean the 'activity' table?

But this table does not include columns: cc and Bcc.

If you want to show these two columns in the view, you should find 'Email' table

You have to use Email Messages to see CC or BCC details as shown below:
