I have found a lot of information about what is new in this release and how to update the system, but what the actions must be done after? What tests we need to do, what to check? As the functional tests are on the client side they asked me for detailed instructions (MS guides), but unfortunately, I didn't find any good sources. Does MS have documentation for "after update"? Thank you i advance!

This is going to depend on a few factors:
- What is the client/Customer using now?
- After enabling wave 1, do they see something different that affects them?
- Does customer has any plugin/customization?
For example, 2023wave 1 has a new feature on Customer Service that reduces the number of fields when closing a case. For users working on Customer Service hub, they might notice that some data is missing on the form (Billable time, or custom fields, for example). And if they have some customization/plugin (for example, to read the Billed time and add it to a table associated to customer, and check if they have exceeded contract allocations, or to bill at a special rate), this process might be affected.
