We have been moving our 200+ users from the old CRM for Outlook Client software onto the new App.
One user is getting a Mailbox Alert inside Dynamics which says - Appointments, contacts and tasks can't be synchronised because there are too many connections to the mailbox 'username'. The owner of the associated email server profile 'profile name' has been notified. The system will try again later. Email Server Error Code: Exchange.server returned 363 error.
It has been trying again every 30 minutes for the last 24 hours but no success. The user can 'set regard' emails but not appointments.
Has anyone else had this problem before? Any ideas on how to fix it would be greatly appreciated.
