This error occurs every time we deploy the packages in a Production environment. As per our observation, this error occurs after 7 applications are installed and before starting the 8th application (which is Financial reporting). We, then, go to SQL management studio and execute the steps (runbooks) manually. Then also, it fails 3 more times before succeeding. This impacts our production deployment.

Is there a difference between the version of the build environment and the environment you're deploying this package to?
Have you built your package from Visual Studio or from Azure DevOps?
If everything is fine, recommend you to raise a support ticket to Microsoft.
