Exchange Log On box not showing for a specific user

One of my user can't get the Exchange Log On prompt to show up when sending emails, is there a way to force this?

    Here are some troubleshooting items Microsoft's Terry Heley shares:
     
    We have some of this noted in our email troubleshooting guide.
     
    Also, if you had MFA on prior to the upgrade, you need to go through these steps after an upgrade.
