    Hi Hassan,

Please check whether the employee of your name is activated during the employment period in the HR module.

    Hi Hassan

    1) Make sure your user is associated with a worker

    2) Make sure that your user is part of the approval group of the journal type

       - Right click on the journal type and view details

       - on the journal type you should find an approval group

       - navigate to the view details of that group. Your user needs to be part of that group to approve the journal you're trying to create

    Good Morning Hassan,

Please open the system admin module and there the users.

Find your users and assign a person (employee) to your user.

Then go again to the invoice form and select yourself in the approved by field.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Dear,

User mightn't mapped to the person. Map user with any employee (Person) and  cross check user rights.

Path: System Admin->Users->search your email ID in Email tab-> assign person (Employee)

    Thanks

    Paladugu
