I have created dataset level PCF control. Now, i want to register the PCF control on entity view using Plugin.

Thank you for sharing on the community forum.
The only way you can add a PCF on your entity will be with a solution import.
Otherwise, the activation of the PCF is done on the entity in the tab: control.
You cannot pragmatically register it on the view for an entity using a plugin.
